Quicseal 104s is a two-component cementitious waterproofing product that includes synthetic resin mixed with selected cement mix and other high-grade additives. When mixed, QUICSEAL 104s becomes a smooth grout mixture and is easily applied by brush, roller or suitable spraying equipment. After curing, quartey 104s form a durable waterproof membrane, good adhesion on all surfaces. Thanks to this, Quicseal 104s is used for waterproofing of wet areas such as toilet waterproofing, waterproofing of bathrooms, waterproofing of kitchen, etc.
The toilet waterproofing process with Quicseal 104s is as follows:
Step 1: Perform the structural water test
Step 2: Cleaning, fill the entire floor surface, foot wall
Step 3: Moisten the surface with suds or wet rollers but do not stagnate
Step 4: Apply Quicseal 104s reinforced at all corners, around the neck of the tube
Step 5: Apply the first coat of Quicseal 104s to the entire floor and drywall for 4 - 6 hours
Step 6: Apply a second coat of Quicseal 104s to the entire floor and wall completely dry for at least 24 hours.
Step 7: Test water and take over
