It is specially blended with inorganic compounds and polymers to achieve both surface and in- depth sealing (by film forming and crystallization).
QUICSEAL 105 is UV resistant and provides long-term surface protection. Upon application, a protective film is formed immediately, providing sealing of the surface. Moisture collected behind the surface reacts with the active ingredients in QUICSEAL 105 to increase the concrete pH to greater than 10.
Where there is ground water intrusion, QUICSEAL 105 can be injected into soil behind substrate without relieving water pressure. QUICSEAL 105 will react with ground water and chemical reaction will take place. Colloidal particles will be formed and carried by ground to block all seepage points, up to 3 metre from point of injection.

Application Instructions
Remove all loose materials by high pressure water jetting. Remove old paint by mechanical means i.e. scrapper, wet grit basting, needle hammer or grinding.
Stop all water leakage point by using QUICSEAL 516 WATERPLUG. Allow substrates to dry until no running or free water is observed.
Stir QUICSEAL 105 for about 1 minute and apply liberally with a brush or roller without ponding. Allow it to dry for about an hour and if substrate is very absorbent, apply a second coat.
Subsequent Finishes
If subsequent is desired, the general recommendation is as follows:
Cleaning
Clean tools with fresh water immediately after use. Glazed surfaces should be cleaned immediately on contact with fresh water to retain its original gloss
